PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower/exhauster and a blowing/exhausting duct capable of improving the safety of construction in a tank or a plant which is narrow and has poor air flow, by leaps and bounds.SOLUTION: In a new blower/exhauster in a manhole tank, a blower/exhauster 2 is installed, an exhausting duct 1 is attached to an exhausting duct connection port 3 and filthy air exhausted from a site is exhausted. The blower/exhauster 2 includes a blast intake port 4, a concentration abnormality measuring instrument 5 and a blowing/exhausting duct connection port 6, sucks fresh air from the blast intake port 4 and sends to the site. A blowing/exhausting duct 8 has a blowing/exhausting duct middle connection port 7. The blowing/exhausting duct 8 has the exhausting part 9 and the blowing part 10 in the duct and collects the blowing/exhausting duct 8 from 2 pieces to one piece to make the duct compact. The blowing/exhausting duct 8 has a safety auxiliary rope 11, a safety hanging metal fitting 12, a safety belt hook metal fitting 13 and a concentration abnormality sensor 14. The safety auxiliary rope 11 is joined to the safety hanging metal fitting 12 along the blowing/exhausting duct 8. |
