PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extension structure which can be reliably returned from a storage shape to an extension shape by using a shape-memory resin.SOLUTION: In an extension structure, a mast body comprises fold parts for folding a hollow cross section, and can take an extension shape in which the fold parts are expanded to form a cylindrical structure and a storage shape in which the fold parts are folded to form a flat cross section. In the mast body, at least one of each fold part and a part other than each fold part is formed as a shape-memory part comprising a shape-memory resin. The mast body is folded at the fold parts into the storage shape in a state in which the extension shape is memorized in advance, and can be returned from the storage shape to the extension shape by heating at a temperature equal to the glass transition point of the shape-memory resin or higher. |
