PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safEty device capable of determining whether an oscillator of any system becomes abnormal, cutting off the output of an abnormal system oscillator, and supplying the output from a normal system oscillator.SOLUTION: A safety device includes: a self-system oscillator 1; a measuring instrument 5 for measuring an output of the self-system oscillator 1; a measuring instrument 6 provided inside the self system for measuring the output of other oscillator 16; and a common system measuring instrument 4 for measuring the output of a reference oscillator 31 which becomes a reference for comparing the results of two measuring instruments. The safety device is equipped with double system structure controllers A-system and B-system having two systems of an oscillator and a measuring instrument of the same structure, and enables the detection of an abnormal oscillator by a measurement result 12 of the measuring instrument 5 for measuring the output of the self-system oscillator 1, a measurement result 13 of the measuring instrument 6 for measuring the output of the other oscillator 16, and comparison/status displays 7 and 22 for comparing a measurement result 11 of the common system oscillator 4 for measuring the output of the reference oscillator 31 which becomes a reference for comparing the results of two measuring instruments. |
