PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick cooling device for a liquid, which can quickly cool the liquid and which makes power consumption low.SOLUTION: A quick cooling device for a liquid includes a cooling hollow thermal conductor 14 that has a base end 52 for being brought into intimate contact with a cooling surface of an electronic cooling element 13a, and a unidirectionally-bent part 23 assuming a shape elongated from the base end 52, bent along one direction except for a partial linear part and elongated in an as-is state without being bent in a direction orthogonal to the bending direction. A substance 9 to be cooled is brought into contact with one surface of the unidirectionally-bent part 23 of the cooling hollow thermal conductor 14. |
