PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a compact bias tee.SOLUTION: A system including a bias tee comprises a first RF port 302, a second RF port 306 electrically coupled with the first RF port, and a DC port 330, which are formed integrally with a substrate. The bias tee includes multiple capacitors that are each formed integrally with a catch pad on a layer of the substrate. The bias tee also includes an inductor 322 at least partially formed integrally with a layer of the substrate. |
