FIELD: measuring equipment.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a control device of weighing on electronic conveyor scales, comprising four sensors (1) of weighing, the suspended weighing conveyor (6), the sensor (5) of displacement and the accumulator (4). These four sensors (1) of weighing are connected sequentially to the accumulator (4) to form a group of main accumulated values and two groups of auxiliary accumulated values based on the output signals of these four sensors (1) of weighing. The said two groups of auxiliary accumulated values are compared with each other. If the difference between these groups of auxiliary accumulated values is within the predetermined range, the display shows the main accumulated value. If the difference between these groups of auxiliary accumulated values is outside the predetermined range, the faulty sensor (1) of weighing is detected, and the correct auxiliary accumulated value is displayed. Also the invention relates to a corresponding method for control of weighing on the electronic conveyor scales. The faulty sensor can be replaced after the completion of the entire work and stoppage of the machine, which enables to avoid all sorts of losses connected with the additional calibration of conveyor scales during replacement of the sensor, and solves the problem of diminution of accuracy of measurement, which is usually difficult to register when the sensor breaks down.EFFECT: preserving adequacy of weighing on electronic conveyor scales even in case of breaking of one of the sensors of weighing, which enables not to stop the working process and to receive consistent results without disconnecting the equipment.3 cl, 3 dwg |
