PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device, and a vehicle and a power storage device having this power supply device, capable of dealing with expansion of battery cells.SOLUTION: A power supply device comprises: a battery lamination body 9 configured by laminating a plurality of battery cells 1; a separator 2 arranged between the battery cells 1 and having an insulation property; and a fixing member 6 provided for fastening in a lamination direction the battery lamination body 9. The separator 2 has a hole part 7 at a central part of an opposed surface opposing to each battery cell 1.
