PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell device which can shorten the start-up time in the restart.SOLUTION: The start-up time of a fuel cell device can be shorten in the restart by providing a fuel cell for generating power with an oxygen-containing gas and a fuel, oxygen-containing gas supply means 2 for supplying the oxygen-containing gas to the fuel cell, a heating apparatus 20 for heating the oxygen-containing gas supplied by the oxygen-containing gas supply means 2, fuel supply means 1 for supplying fuel to the fuel cell, a microcomputer meter 32 for detecting the flow of fuel in the fuel supply means 1, and a controller 7 for stopping operation of the fuel cell by controlling the fuel supply means 1 so as to stop fuel supply to the fuel cell for a predetermined time every predetermined period based on the value of the microcomputer meter 32, and for controlling to operate the oxygen-containing gas supply means 2 and the heating apparatus 20 when restarting the fuel cell before a predetermined time elapses. |
