PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen unit which facilitates securing particularly daily life water to cope with a disaster and which is convenient to manage emergency foods and drinking water.SOLUTION: A kitchen unit is structured in such a manner that two or more faucets 1, 2 are provided above a sink 4 and service water is discharged from one faucet while daily life water is discharged from the other faucet 2. Thus, heavy soil of tableware is washed by the daily life water, only rinsing, drinking, and cooking rely on the service water satisfactorily, a private source of daily life water is usually used, and water charges can be saved. Even when service water is not discharged, it is safe because the private daily life water which can be secured in a large amount can be used. Moreover, a space under the sink 4 is made as an inclined floor, foods are put in the space from a higher side, and the foods can be taken fron a lower side and consumed. Thereby, the foods can be consumed in the order of older expiration dates, and troublesome work such as management of the expiration date is simplified. |
