The present invention relates to a noise monitoring apparatus of a capacitance sensor controller. The noise monitoring apparatus includes a first capacitor and a second capacitor which are naturally connected in series to an analog power and an analog GND; and comprises a noise monitoring part which is connected to a node between the first capacitor and the second capacitor, wherein the noise monitoring part calculates the size of a variable voltage of the node between the first capacitor and the second capacitor, and determines to obtain information on the existence of the noise in the analog power and the analog GND.
