The present invention relates to a ceiling structure for reducing impact sound which is disposed for preventing the impact sound of upstairs from being delivered to downstairs in apartment houses. The ceiling structure for reducing impact sound comprises: a stud hanger (20) mounted on the lower side of a slab (10); a gypsum board (30) mounted on the stud hanger (20), wherein the stud hanger (20) has a C shape and the upper horizontal unit (21) thereof fastened on the lower side of the slab (10) by using a fastening means (40) such as a screw; a buffering shape part (23), which cuts off floor impact sound, formed on the middle part of a vertical unit (22) bent downwardly from the upper horizontal unit (21); and a lower horizontal unit (24) which is bent from the vertical unit (22) and on which the gypsum board (30) is fixated by a fastening means (45) such as a screw.
