PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass substrate holder that can suppresses generation of a fine crack and a blemish when a glass substrate is input or output, further that can correspond to the glass substrate with many varieties in which a shape and a dimension are different, and that is used to hold the rectangle shape glass substrate used to a cover glass for an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A glass substrate holder 1 includes holding members 12A-12C, 14, 16, 18 by which in a state in which a quadrangle shape glass substrate 200 used for a cover glass for an electronic apparatus stands up, an outer periphery lower side 201 thereof and one side 202 neighboring the same are held in side directions of the same. Moreover, the glass substrate 200, in a state in which being held in the glass substrate holder 1, is immersed in a chemical strengthening process liquid in which a chemical strengthening salt is performed by thermofusion, and thereby is performed by chemical strengthening. |
