PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens holder having no welding failure between a lens housing and a lens holder, a lens optical system component, and a package mounted with the lens optical system component.SOLUTION: A lens holder 10 supports a lens housing 2 holding a lens 1 at a predetermined position. The lens holder 10 is equipped with a supporting member 12 for supporting the lens holder 10 at a predetermined position, and a pair of leg members 11 tilting and extending from the supporting member 12 toward the lens housing 2. Concerning the pair of the leg members 11, a clearance between the pair of leg members 11 is set to be equal to or larger than the width of the lens housing to be supported at lower end portions connected to the supporting member 12, set to be equal to or smaller than the width of the lens housing 2 to be supported at upper end portions, and formed so as to be decreased from the lower end portions toward the upper end portions.
