PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable continuous printing, and to improve throughput of printing, by shortening processing wait time till a printer driver receives the next document data from an application after output to a printer is completed.SOLUTION: A printer system is composed of transmitting means, a printer driver, a host side device equipped with intermediation means, and a printer. First, the printer driver converts document data of one page produced by an application into print data which can be processed by the printer. Next, according to the completion of the document data of the one page produced by the application, the intermediation means transmits a producing request of document data of the next page to the application, and the printer driver completes the conversion to the print data and transmits the print data to the printer. Then, processing is repeated until print data of the last page of the document which is designated to be printed is outputted to the printer. |
