PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-detergent composition for immersion used for a pre-cleaning process of cleaning by an automatic dishwasher that is excellent in detergency to starch, fat and protein and excellent in low foaming and storage stability even without substantially including a surfactant.SOLUTION: A pre-detergent composition for immersion includes: (A) alkanolamine; (B) one or two or more chosen from an amino carboxylic acid or a salt thereof, an organic phosphonic acid or a salt thereof; (C) an enzyme; and (D) a surfactant, wherein a content of the surfactant in the composition is at most 1% by mass. |
