RNA aptamer with specific binding for HA1 protein and use of the same against Avian Influenza

PURPOSE: An RNA aptamer which specifically binds to HA(hemagglutinin)1 is provided to block a HA receptor binding domain and to be used as an antiviral agent. CONSTITUTION: An RNA aptamer specifically binds to HA1 containing a base sequence in sequence number 1. The aptamer has a base sequence in sequence number 1. A composition for preventing or treating avian influenza virus contains the aptamer as an active ingredient. The avian influenza virus is H5 type avian influenza virus. A composition for diagnosing avian influenza virus contains the aptamer as an active ingredient.
