The present invention relates to a rope lifting apparatus for marine products for lifting a rope without a slippage through a lifting operation of a piston in a case of lifting marine products on the sea. The rope lifting apparatus comprises: a frame forming a skeleton which is placed on the floor; a salvage drive source connected to one end of the frame and providing power for a withdrawal of a yarn road; a drive roller installed rotatably by the salvage drive source and lifting the rope by winding; a first and second pressing roller adjusting the wound length of the rope by the drive roller; and a lifting drive source adjusting the lifting height of the first and second pressing roller respectively.
