Disclosed is a technology related with network monitoring security. That is, a work-zone management system and a driving method thereof according to the embodiment of the present invention guide a person carrying a helmet attached with a communication terminal for work area to a selected working area to be allocated and also obtain identity of a number of persons carrying helmets working in the selected working area, and divide an area of responsibility (or work range) of workers referring to the persons carrying helmets according to each selected working area more effectively, by determining entrance to one selected working area among a number of working areas for a number of communication terminals for working area. Also, the work-zone management system of the present invention is for constructing a safety net to cope with dangerous factors sufficiently, by acquainting a number of workers with warnings about safety in advance, by delivering guide moment about hazardous materials or dangerous area (ex: explosive exposed area, blast zone) to the communication terminal for working area attached to the helmet for a number of workers carrying the helmet as coming and going one (selected working area) among a number of working areas.
