The present invention provides a sheet for cultivating crops which includes the following: a main body which is obtained by extruding a synthetic resin into a predetermined area with insertion holes with constant intervals; the insertion holes which protrudes to an upward or downward direction; and a fresh water groove in a step form which is installed around the insertion holes, and includes multiple water inlet holes for uniformly absorbing rainwater instead of absorbing excessive amount into a ridge or inflowing large amount of rainwater into the ridge for smoothly growing seeds of the crops. The present invention improves the harvest amount of the crops and economic feasibility by reusing the main body, prevents the discharge of materials which contaminate the environment, minimizes the intervals of the insertion holes for improving space utilization, and controls the growth of weed by coloring specific parts of the main body into black. |
