PURPOSE: A sheet bonding apparatus is provided to reduce operational time, malfunctioning, and breakdown of the sheet bonding apparatus by simplifying the movement of operation. CONSTITUTION: A sheet bonding apparatus (10) comprises a rotating suction plate (20) composed to rotate between a first position for setting an adherend and a second position for orienting the adherend downward ; a sliding suction plate (42) composed to move back and forth between a first position for setting an adhesive sheet and a second position for placing the sliding suction plate parallel to the adherend on the rotating suction plate with constant separation distance when the rotating suction plate is at the second position; a supplementary suction plate (60) composed to move back and forth horizontally between a first position for being close to the sliding suction plate and a second position for being distant from the sliding suction plate; and a laminating roller (75) arranged to move up and down so that the laminating roller is not exposed to the adhesive sheet because of the supplementary suction plate when the supplementary is at the first position, and is exposed to the adhesive sheet when the supplementary suction plate is at the second position.
