The frame has a longitudinal panel (1) that presents a notch (2) along its entire height. The notch is utilized for placing a mobile cleat (3) that is maintained by a compression screw (4). The compression screw is fitted in a casing threaded into a flange or nut (13) of the panel. The screw is pressed on a turntable (14) to allow adjustment and fixing a pre-wood frame assembly. A set of expansible longitudinal joints (5) is fixed in a set of reservations of the mobile cleat or joineries so as to provide air-tightness. The frame is surmounted by a roller-shutter.
