The present invention relates to a pirn winder which contracts yarn maximally in advance in the process of winding not to be changed afterward. The pirn winder according to the present invention comprises a winder frame having a central frame protruding upward from the middle of a low frame having an eyed pin for holding the yarn; a middle frame fixed to the middle of the central frame; and a spindle assembly including a spindle, a spindle rail, a bobbin, and a traverse and installed on the middle frame to wind the yarn. A heating tool is installed to prevent the change caused by contraction in a post-processing process by changing the yarn wound around the bobbin into a maximally contracted state. The heating tool comprises a heating body installed in the lengthwise direction of the central frame; a heater included in the heating body to generate heat by forming a yarn slot for passing the yarn; and a shielding door installed in front of the heating body to be opened and closed so as to prevent heat generated by the heater from flowing out. |
