PURPOSE: An X-ray detector and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to fix a scintillator pattern by a photo-curing bonding layer, thereby reducing a fine pitch between scintillator pixels. CONSTITUTION: A sensor substrate (100) comprises a plurality of sensing pixels (110). A photo-curing bonding layer (200) is arranged on the sensor substrate. A scintillator pattern (332) is arranged on the photo-curing bonding layer. The scintillator pattern comprises scintillator pixels.
