<p>PURPOSE: A composition for a glass fiber mat reinforced thermoplastic sheet for light weight bumper back beam is provided to reduce the weight of material by optimizing content and arrangement of glass fiber, thereby improving impact performance. CONSTITUTION: A composition for a glass fiber mat reinforced thermoplastic sheet comprises 50-60 weight% of polypropylene, 35-40 weight% of glass fiber, 0.1-10 weight% of a crosslinking agent, 0.1-4 weight% of peroxide, and 0.1-4 weight% of an antioxidant. The glass fiber mat reinforced thermoplastic sheet is manufactured by mixing a composition for a glass fiber mat reinforced thermoplastic sheet. The glass fiber for the composition for a glass fiber mat reinforced thermoplastic sheet is that random-directional glass fiber is added to uni-directional glass fiber.</p> |
