A method for reducing computation overhead and signaling with optimal operation channel assignment is provided. According to an aspect disclosed in the present specification, a method for receiving a measurement report comprises a step of enabling a device including a coexistence manager (CM) to a measurement request message for obtaining a measurement report from one or more devices using a channel in a TV band to a coexistence enabler (CE); and a step of enabling the device to receive a measurement response message including a measurement result from the coexistence enabler. The measurement request message includes a first element, which indicates the requirement of primary detection, TVBD detection, or channel load measurement. The measurement request message includes start frequency, end frequency, channel list, and measurement time related to the measurement. The measurement report includes the result of the primary user detection, the result of TVBD detection, or the result of the channel load measurement. |
