The present invention relates to a frame panel for solid sign board, a solid sign board including the same, and the manufacturing method thereof. The frame panel for solid sign board is a strap shape of which the width is preset. The frame panel comprises: a frame panel wound like a coil to be bent like a character after it is cut into a preset length; and hitch units on which an upper panel made of synthetic resins is fixated, which are arranged along the frame panel, and which are apart from each other on two ends of one side of the frame panel. The hitch units are made of soft-melting synthetic resin materials, thereby preventing the separation or distortion from the upper panel caused by thermal expansion or contraction. By manufacturing the hitch units with synthetic resins which are the same material to that of the upper panel, the adhesive strength and airtightness are improved when the hitch units and the upper panel are attached to each other. Also, the separation or distortion can be prevented since the coefficient of expansion is different from each other. Also, since the coating task is performed in a panel state before a side frame is formed into a desirable character, the coating task is facilitated and workability is improved, and working hours can be reduced because the side frame does not need to be coated after it is bent. |
