摘要 The present invention relates to a magnet joining structure of an assembly toy, which is able to prevent damage of the assembly toy. The magnet joining structure of an assembly toy includes: a main body which has magnet accommodating grooves dented at multiple places; multiple magnets which are accommodated in the magnet accommodating grooves; and a separation preventing unit which is installed at the places of the magnet accommodating grooves so that the magnets accommodated in the magnet accommodating grooves prevent a separation to the outside of the magnet accommodating grooves. The present invention: prevents the main body from being damaged by an impact between the magnet and the main body as the assembly toy is repetitively assembled and released by forming an opening surface which is penetrated in the inner surface of the separation preventing unit which comes in contact with the magnet when the assembly toy is mutually assembled and having an impact preventing unit in the magnet and the edge of the opening surface which touches the magnet; and, at the same time, improves reliability about a product by increasing self-rigidity of the main body by enabling the thickness of the main body to be manufactured thickly.
