The present invention relates to a motor-driven overcurrent detection circuit, a motor driving circuit without headroom voltage loss and a method for detecting an overcurrent of the motor driving circuit. According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is the motor-driven overcurrent detection circuit which includes a source type switching group applying a power supply voltage to a motor by being connected to an upper side of an H-bridge and a sink type switching group sinking a current flowing through the motor to a ground port by being connected to the lower side of the H-bridge. A motor driving part drives the motor by performing switching operation according to a driving control signal. A bleeding switching device is connected in parallel with each sink type switching device of the sink type switching device group. A sensing resistor is serially connected to the bleeding switching device. A bleeding sensing part bleeds a sensing current from the current flowing through the motor according to the turn-on of the bleeding switching device and senses the current bled through the sensing resistor, and an on-resistance maintaining part; maintains on-resistance of the turned-on bleeding switching device by turning on the bleeding switching device connected in parallel with the sink type switching device which is turned on of the sink type switching device group.
