The ventilator has a convex rod (D) for rotating a motor (30) via a rotation block (C), and fixed on an interior of a rear upper shell part (3) while rotating toward the block. A shaft fixed at the part is adapted to bring the motor in rotation with a locking block (6) and fix or release the motor relative to connected components. A electric device is connected to the motor and set up at a end of a right rotating shaft, which is adapted to be operated and/or non-operated by of a power supply switch. The ventilator includes a thrust part that is fixed on the end of the right shaft and connected to an electric current source such that the part drives the motor. The current source is placed between a lower front part (12) and a rear lower shell part (2).
