The element e.g. fixing element (10) and tourette (100), has a dispensing element e.g. valve or pump (200), fixed on a neck (31) of a container (30) containing a product to be dispensed. A neck joint (1) ensures sealing at the neck of the container. A compression part (130) compresses the neck joint on the neck of the container. The compression part includes a projecting profile adapted to exert stresses in the neck joint after assembly, where the profile is a continuous bead projecting around the element. The profile is axially projected out of a radial wall along a direction of neck joint. An independent claim is also included for a fluid product dispensing device.
