The combination has a valve guide (10) axially shiftable in a valve housing (9) between a front position and a rear position, where the guide forms an outlet port (11) that is adjacent to an outer end of the housing. A valve (3) is provided in the housing. An actuating lever (7) is coupled to a fitting sleeve (4) and the valve to pull the sleeve rearward on the housing out of the front position and open the valve, where rearward movement of the sleeve pushes the guide rearward out of a sealing engagement with a piston head (13) when the sleeve is fitted with a tank filler neck.
