The present invention relates to a cyclotron and a stripping foil assembly for the cyclotron. The cyclotron comprises a main body; a chamber provided inside the main body to form a space where particles are accelerated; an outlet part for letting the accelerated particles drawn out; and a stripping foil assembly disposed at a position close to the outlet part and having multiple foils arranged in the same direction for converting the accelerated particles into proton beams. According to the present invention, the electron can be used longer without replacing a stripping foil assembly since one stripping foil assembly has multiple foils in itself. In addition, the stripping foil assembly is installed for rotating axes the foils to be in a similar direction to a direction in which particles collide, whereby displacement of installation angles of the foils can be minimized during particles collision. |
