The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing combined textiles by a non-chemical adhesive method and a method for manufacturing combined textiles using the same. The apparatus for manufacturing combined textiles comprises a first textile supply part having a first textile wound; a second textile supply part having a second textile wound; a textile combination device part for supplying the first textile and the second textile together vertically while combining the textiles with a needle moving horizontally; and a winding part for winding the combined textiles. The textile combination device part comprises a needle for textile combination having a plurality of grooves; a needle hook for arranging the needle for textile combination horizontally to be fixed; a needle guide part for guiding the needle for textile combination which is installed on the needle hook moving back and forth; and a body part installed vertically below the end of the needle guide part to guide the textiles, and having a planar upper part and a lower part including a plurality of ribs spaced apart at regular intervals.
