The method involves placing fibers (16-1) in bundles (14-1) in a support (10-1). A hole (12-1) is formed in the support. The fibers are prepared into the bundle. The hole is filled with material (20) of base polymer. Each bundle is inserted and stapled into the hole. The filled material is subjected to curing process, where the filling material is epoxy resin with hardener. A threading is simultaneously realized at the time of realization of the hole in the support that is made of polypropylene or polyoxymethylene. |
