The present invention is to notify the parking location of a household member and an emergency call situation and provides a household member data management system using a one-pass tag linked with a mobile communication terminal. According to the present invention, the system includes: a one-pass tag which sends household member data including a household member code number and one among a vehicle location recognition signal and an emergency call command signal to a home network server, in order to perform either vehicle location recognition or emergency calling; a home network server which generates either vehicle location data or emergency call data using the household member data delivered from the one-pass tag and sends the data to the one-pass tag; a household member smart phone which receives the vehicle location signal or the emergency call command signal and displays the vehicle location data; a guardian smart phone which receives the emergency call signal from the household member smart phone, requests positioning to the household member smart phone, and receives the location data; and a receiver which is installed in each communication area in order for the home network server to recognize the location of the household member smart phone which sends the household member data and delivers the household member data and the code number.
