The system has an aerodynamic plate (11) including a base plate equipped with a support zone (14) around air inlet openings (12). An annular edge is provided on an inner face of the base plate around a periphery of the base plate. An internal end is equipped with plate elements transverse to that the edge and fixed on a stiffener plate (7). A central opening of the stiffener plate presents a form adapted to an external periphery of the edge of the aerodynamic plate to allow an arrangement of the aerodynamic plate inside the central opening with a side contact.
