The seat i.e. pivoting seat (I), has an embarked buckle thread (H) mounted on an interior side of a passenger compartment, where pivoting part i.e. movable upper plate (C2), of the thread in a specific position faces a road. A fixed part i.e. lower plate (C1), of a retractable buckle thread (F) is mounted on the interior side of the passenger compartment and cooperating with an adjustable ventral belt in a position back to the road, where the belt connects the buckle threads to ensure restraint of occupant of the seat. The buckle thread is retracted under the pivoting part.
