The accessory has a central part placed across a belt, and an upper retaining region (20) and a lower retaining region (30) extended transversely from the part, where the accessory is made of plastic material. The part comprises two tongues (2, 3). One of the tongues is extended from the upper retaining region. The other tongue is extended from the lower retaining region. The tongues comprise a portion (200), where the tongues are in contact against one another by exerting a pinching effect. The part is placed inside a rim (1), where the rim is in rectangular, square, circular/ovoid form.
