The invention discloses an energy-saving type electric steaming method and an energy-saving type electric steaming device. The energy-saving type electric steaming method comprises the steps of immersing the lower part of an electric heating sheet into water in the electric steaming device, and exposing the upper part of the electric heating sheet from the surface of the water; heating the water in the electric steaming device through the lower part of the electric heating sheet to generate conventional saturated steam; heating the conventional saturated steam through the upper part of the electric heating sheet to generate overheated steam; after the water is boiled, alternately heating the conventional saturated steam and the boiled water through the middle part or/and the upper part of the electric heating sheet in a water boiling process; heating an object in the electric steaming device through the conventional saturated steam and the overheated steam. Under the boiling action of the water, the water surface rises and falls, and the middle part or/and the upper part of the electric heating sheet sometimes heats/heat the boiled water and sometimes heats/heat the saturated steam; heat exchange states of the middle part or/and the upper part of the electric heating sheet are located near to critical points of nucleate boiling and transition boiling, so that the heat transmission speed is high, and the heat exchange efficiency is high. |
