PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a communication method associated with a communication device of a system for monitoring wheels of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A wheel R is equipped with a tire comprising an electronic chip 200. The tire comprises a metal structure S. An electronic module 110 is housed in the wheel R. The electronic module 110 transmits radio waves in a predetermined frequency range to be reflected from the metal structure S, so that the radio waves can reach the chip 200 regardless of the position of the chip relative to the module 110. Accordingly, the module 110 can communicate with the chip 200 for activation and/or transmission of data for writing and/or reading. |
