PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly complete changes of the seat layout.SOLUTION: A seat 1 for a vehicle includes: a seat cushion 10 which may move between a seating position and a storage position; and a seat back 20. The seat 1 for the vehicle includes: a first lock member (a lock arm 42) which locks the seat back 20 at the seating position; a headrest 30 provided at the seat back 20; and lock releasing means (a cable 42A) which releases the lock of the first lock member and starts moving the seat back 20 toward the storage position when the seat cushion 10 moves a predetermined distance from the seating position toward the storage position and reaches a mid position located between the seating and storage positions. The seat cushion 10 includes a recessed part 11D on its bottom surface for avoiding the contact with the headrest 30. |
