PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna module which efficiently realizes the streamlining of a manufacturing process of a connection structure of a printed wiring board and the manufacturing cost reduction, and to provide a connection structure of the printed wiring board which electrically connects a flexible wiring board forming the antenna module with another printed wiring board.SOLUTION: An antenna module 3 is composed of a guide component 2 and a flexible printed wiring board 10 which covers at least a part of the guide component 2. The flexible printed wiring board 10 forms a region which does not cover the guide component 2 into an extension region formed by extending an outer periphery. An extension connection part C which includes terminals 12b for electrically connecting with a connected body and antenna circuits 12a connected with the terminals 12b and serving as a conductive layer is provided in the extension region.
