PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal transmission circuit that suppresses power consumption and facilitates an adjustment to output impedance.SOLUTION: A termination resistance switch 28 formed by transistors Ma, Mb is a symmetric load type in which the transistor Ma is operated in a saturation region and the transistor Mb is operated in a triode region to produce a predetermined impedance. A driver circuit 26 uses such termination resistance switches to form complementary inverters 26A, 26B, and operates on voltages Vddtx, Vsstx supplied as driving voltages to adjust the amplitude of voltages (Vout, Voutx) output to transmission lines. |
