PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide large effects of a digestion/absorption retardant and a lipase inhibitor comprising a certain triacyl glycerol which have oil solubility and mildly exhibit effects, when used in a small amount.SOLUTION: An oil-in-water type emulsion, where a melting-point of an oil and fat composition composing an oil phase is 37°C or less, 30 wt.% or more of BX2 (B is a behenic acid and X is a fatty acid having a carbon number of 4 to 24) triacyl glycerol are included in the oil and fat composition, and an average particle diameter is 2 μm or less, is simultaneously taken when an oil and fat-containing food is taken. The BX2 type triacyl glycerol is preferably used with an amount of 0.5 to 20 wt.% relative to an amount of mass of a lipid from the other oil and fat-containing food simultaneously taken. |
