The purpose of the present invention is to develop and provide an epithelial ovarian cancer differentiation marker which is inexpensive and simple and with which minimally invasive and highly accurate detection of epithelial ovarian cancer is possible, and a method for determining epithelial ovarian cancer affection using the same. A glycoprotein secreted by epithelial ovarian cancer cells wherein a sugar chain is added to an asparagine residue at a specific position, or a fragment of the glycoprotein that has the sugar chain, is provided as an epithelial ovarian cancer differentiation marker. Further provided is a method for determining epithelial ovarian cancer affection using the glycoprotein.
