The concrete block (1) consists of two parallel application sides (9), an upper horizontal surface (2), a lower horizontal surface (7) and two parallel view sides (13). Multiple springs (4) and grooves (8) are provided on the upper and lower horizontal surfaces, respectively. The springs are centrally arranged in an offset length (3) of the upper horizontal surface. The grooves which extend continuously to the opposite side of the parallel application sides are formed on the lower horizontal surface.
