RELEASING FILM WITH LIGHT RELEASING FORCE AND MANUFACTURE METHOD OF RELEASING FILM

Disclosed are a releasing film with light releasing force and a manufacture method of the releasing film. The releasing film with the light releasing force comprises a substrate and a priming coating arranged on the substrate, a releasing layer being further arranged on the priming coating. The manufacture method of the releasing film with the light releasing force comprises the following manufacture steps: 1) coating the substrate with the priming coating; and 2) coating the priming coating with the releasing layer, the priming coating and the releasing layer adopting line connected coating. The present invention solves the problem that releasing transfer of the ordinary light releasing film is generally overhigh, through the addition of the priming coating, the chemical crosslinking density of the releasing layer is improved, the silicon oil transfer to the rubber surface is reduced, meanwhile, adhesion force of the releasing layer and the substrate is enhanced through the priming coating, a production process of a connected line priming coating is adopted in a production process, the production efficiency and the efficiency of the priming coating are greatly improved, and the loss and the energy consumption are reduced.
