A device for testing part fatigability of a direct current motor for a vehicle is provided. The device for testing part fatigability of a direct current motor, which comprises a rotator rotating regarding a stator and a brush holder having a spring for elastically supporting a brush touching a commutator comprised in the rotator in the commutator side, includes a sample fixing part which has an upper horizontal plate penetrated by a fixing hole to which the brush holder is inserted to be fixed and supports the brush holder; a motor part which has a test motor assembled by means of a plurality of first vertical rods at a regular interval with the upper horizontal plate in the lower surface of a lower horizontal plate and a test commutator, in the tip end of a driving shaft of the test motor, to touch the end of the brush arranged in the outside of a shaft hole formed to penetrate the brush holder so that the test commutator touching the brush of the brush holder fixed in the fixing hole of the upper horizontal plate can be rotated; and a control part for controlling power applied to the test motor and the rotation direction of the driving shaft and for inspecting the rotation number of the driving shaft. |
