摘要 The present invention relates to an EGR valve actuator, which comprises a piston rod (10) performing a translational motion for operating an EGR valve; a bearing connector (20) extended from the piston rod (10) and having a groove part (35) where at least two bearings (25) are mounted, formed on the bottom; a motion conversion connector (30) rotating within a specific angle range by adhering to the bearings (25), and having at least two curved grooves (35) at the same depth symmetrically to put the adherence surface to the bearings (25) in the center, wherein the depth of the grooves (35) is formed to be inclined to any one curved direction; and a motor connected to the motion conversion connector (30) and rotating the motion conversion connector (30) within a specific angle range. The EGR valve actuator according to the present invention is able to efficiently control the operation of an EGR valve with a simple structure, and to precisely control due to less backlash, and has advantage of high degree of design freedom capable of utilizing and arranging a free space within the engine room as a small size of motor (50) is able to be used, and advantage of lowering the manufacturing cost.
