The present invention relates to a preparation method of an olefin-aromatic vinyl copolymer or a terpolymer comprising polar groups. More specifically, a preparation method of an olefin-aromatic vinyl copolymer which a polar group is introduced at a side chain end, which is prepared, after producing a terpolymer or copolymer by polymerizing an aromatic vinyl compound monomer or an olefin monomer, a mixture of aromatic vinyl compound monomers; and an alkenyl-dialkyl aluminum compound, by reacting with contacting the copolymer or the terpolymer with oxygen, carbon dioxide, or sulfur trioxide oxygen; and by hydrolyzing a dialkyl aluminum group and converting to a hydroxyl group, a carboxyl group or a sulfonic acid group, or a terpolymer, is provided. |
